Meet Josh

Josh Tomey is a registered architect who joined our team in 2017.  He received dual bachelor’s degrees in architecture and urban studies at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities before moving to Columbus to complete his master’s in architecture at The Ohio State University.  Josh is a Project Manager, completing large student housing projects and smaller renovation jobs for the team.

Josh is an urbanist at heart and advocates for inclusive growth and development within the city of Columbus.  He serves as an Area Commission Member for his local district with a seat on the zoning committee.  Josh loves his bike and hopes for the continued rollout of diverse transportation options within the city.  You’ll likely find Josh scheming up ways to make Columbus a vibrant, uplifting, 21st century American city.
